Our goal is to provide Santa Cruz with the highest quality sushi utilizing local ingredients and organic produce. History
Established in 2012.
Akira started as a sushi catering company in 2011 with two local chefs, Dustin and Greyson, which quickly led to the opening of their first restaurant, in Seabright.
