Our goal is to provide Santa Cruz with the highest quality sushi utilizing local ingredients and organic produce. We are very proud to showcase all of the amazing vendors that the county has to offer. Located at 1222 Soquel Ave, Santa Cruz. Sushi, Sake and Beer!

History

Established in 2012.

Akira started as a sushi catering company in 2011 with two local chefs, Dustin and Greyson, which quickly led to the opening of their first restaurant, in Seabright.
