History

Established in 2010.

Twenty Five Lusk was a dream that was 14 years in the making. Chef/Partner, Matthew Dolan and Director of Operations/Partner, Chad Bourdon met at the Culinary Institute of America circa 1996. Departing in 2000 as close friends the two spent the next 10 years honing there craft at top restaurants and every year getting together regardless of where they were in the world to discuss one day opening their restaurant. In 2007, despite NYC aspirations with investors in place, the choice was San Francisco. The vision for Twenty Five Lusk has always been and continues to be unpretentious, humble, knowledgeable and genuine service. The aesthetic: modern comfortable. The food: Contemporary American Cuisine with classic French and Italian influence that isn't afraid to think outside the box and conquers balance, texture and originality.
