I have been in the business for 20 years and worked with many styles of food. Italian, Chinese, French and now Mexican fare. Attended Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 1996 graduated in 1998 and have been in the foodservice industry ever since. My passion is food and hopefully thats shows in our food.
