The Blue Agave offers the finest in Mexican food in a comfortable setting at an affordable price. We also offer a selection of more than fifty (50) brands of tequila and an extensive Margarita menu. The Blue Agave will make your next private party an event to remember (and a night you can enjoy as well). We can accommodate large orders to-go as well as off-site catering that offers a full menu from appetizers to dessert. We have catered groups of more than 150 people and look forward to providing your group the finest Mexican cuisine. I have been in the business for 20 years and worked with many styles of food. Italian, Chinese, French and now Mexican fare. Attended Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 1996 graduated in 1998 and have been in the foodservice industry ever since. My passion is food and hopefully thats shows in our food.
