Specialties
Our specialty is authentic Cajun Cooking! We offer a variety of menu selections and side dishes, served up by the cup, bowl, or plate. We have a little something for everyone. Not all of our food is spicy, but if you want to add a little "fire" to your entree we have our own blend of Cajun hot sauce we make right here on location. We have all your Cajun Seafood Restaurant favorites, including Crawfish Étouffée, Seafood Gumbo, Shrimp à la Crème, Crab Meat au Gratin, and Grilled Tilapia w/ Lemon Butter Sauce. We also have Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Red Beans and Sausage, and a large selection of vegetables including Corn Maque Choux, Black-Eye Peas, Green Beans, Regular AND Cajun Potato Salad (coo-wee!), Rice Dressing (Dirty Rice), Cole Slaw, and Tomato Salad/Feta Cheese. Come as you are and enjoy authentic Cajun cuisine in our friendly, family atmosphere - where you're only One Bite Away from the Bayou.
