About the Business

Specialties

At Three Girls Bakery we are proud to create a large variety of cookies and pastries from many different cultures, with an emphasis on our Sephardic family recipies, like Rugelach, Hammentaschen and Boreka. We also carry lots of classics like, chocolate chip cookies, lemon bars, berry bars and pecan bars. We are well known for our Lavender and Market Spice Earl Grey Tea cookies. Our most famous product, however, has to be our Famous Meatloaf Sandwiches!

History

Established in 1912.

Three Girls was the first business licensed to women in the city of Seattle. We are also the oldest continuously operating business in the Historic Pike Place Market. The shop has been run by the Levy family since 1971. When our current owner Jacob Levy took over he decided to bring the bakery back to its roots and we build a pastry kitchen and started baking all the cookies and pastries you can find at our business today!
