History

Established in 1996.

Thai Ginger has been serving Seattle and the Eastside for over 14 years. We are delighted to bring elements of each geographical region in Thailand. We are not an Americanized Thai restaurant. We use the freshest ingredients, make our own sauces fresh weekly, and use a traditional restaurant grade WOK!

Business Owner

Mike is a world traveler, and an avid lover of Thai food. His wife is from Thailand and introduced him to the art of Thai Cooking. They have always been focussed on providing the freshest ingredients with most authentic flavors. Mike's son Ty is actively involved in the restaurants and runs their catering, take-out, delivery and Mariner's Stadium programs. Please reach when you are at the restaurants and ask if anyone of the three Bradfords are there. They will happily greet you and assure you have a delightful experience.
