Judy Fu started Snappy Dragon in 1993 in order to bring to Seattle the Northern Chinese homestyle food she loves. We specialize in handmade filled dumplings; chewy, savoury wheat/egg noodles; handmade potstickers; and handmade Mu Shu Pancakes. Our large menu also encompasses meat, tofu, and vegetable items. We use only the freshest ingredients and make everything from scratch in-house. Whether you are craving fiery-hot Ma Po Tofu or a gently flavored Prawns with Mushrooms, Snappy Dragon can create a satisfying meal for you.

Established in 1993.

Judy Fu opened Snappy Dragon, after decades of chef experiences in other local restaurants. She wanted to create a menu that is broad in variety, but unique in its emphasis on the homemade wheat-based foods popular in Northern China. Snappy Dragon is a woman-owned business.
