History

Established in 1988.

Sharps opened in 1988 and remains one of the premiere roast houses in the Seattle area. We specialize in smoking over ten different types of meat daily, hand chopped burgers, and an extensive (and local) spirit and beer collection.

Business Owner

Merrisa Firnstahl Claridge is the daughter of the famous Seattle restaurateur, Tim Firnstahl. She continues the family legacy by running Heritage 1904 which oversees Sharps RoastHouse in SeaTac, Von’s 1000 Spirits in Seattle & Woodinville, and Northwest Spirits in Woodinville. Merrisa most recently joined the Board of Directors for the Washington Hospitality Association. In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband, Garrett and her two children, Sienna and Prescott. She loves to run, hike, ski, travel and cook on the weekends.
