Samurai Noodle is Seattle's first authentic Ramen shop. The International District location first opened in 2006, and since then has been bringing the flavor and spirit of real Japanese Ramen to Seattle.

History

Established in 2006.

The founders came across a small Ramen shop in Japan, which put so much passion into their noodles, that they couldn't resist coming back day after day. So enthralled with the flavor of Ramen, they decided to bring it back to Seattle to give the Pacific Northwest a taste of Japanese Ramen noodles!

This location is our first store that we started in 2006.  It is only 450 sqft, and I hope you can taste our authentic Japanese ramen as well as a small Japanese size ramen shop :)!
