History

Established in 1996.

Our fourteen-year-old retail bakery is one of the flagship companies in White Center. We grew up working in the family bakery business in El Salvador before moving to Seattle in the early 1980s. Most of our sales are retail and come from repeat customers. We do very little paid advertising and draw from both the Salvadoran and the broader community. Most of our customers come from White Center, Burien, and West Seattle though a number are commuters from Bellevue and North Seattle. We have a small wholesale business that requires companies to order one day or two days in advance.
