At Rumba we pride ourselves in Cuban, Caribbean, Tiki, and Classic style cocktails. We make delicious rum-forward craft drinks with our freshly squeezed juices, balanced house syrups and all the rum. Our drinks are flavorful, focused and "not too sweet!" We believe that the best quality ingredients make the most delicious drinks. Not in the mood for a cocktail? Get to know the Caribbean islands through their vast array of rum! Rum is the world's most varied spirit, with flavors from Abuelo to Zacapa. Let us help you pick out a rum or a flight from our collection of well over 400 sugar cane spirits to suit your particular tastes. Ask for a Rum Map and tour the Caribbean through 60 rums of your choosing. Complete our map and get your name on the wall, and bragging rights for life! Our food menu is designed to showcase island flavors. Come try some plantain chips and guacamole or freshly baked empanadas! At Rumba, we are proud to serve beachy drinks & dishes that practically drip Vitamin D. Come take a tropical vacation without leaving the city!

History

Established in 2012.

Relax and enjoy an evening in Rumba, Seattle's first Rum bar. Rumba is comprised of what all the Caribbean islands have to offer. Our island inspired menu features baked empanadas, hibiscus smoked wings, Trinidadian Pepperpot Chicken, and many more. Rumba is proud to have a team of expert bartenders who have a passion for sugar cane spirits and cocktails. Rumba offers a wide array of classic and island drinks including libations of Prohibition-era Havana, classic tiki cocktails, Punches and Caribbean standards. For those looking to delve into the world of sipping rums, our 12 foot arched bar holds well over 400. Our Rum Map program allows you to travel the Caribbean world, sipping through 60 rums --ask for one from our staff! We are located in Capitol Hill at 1112 Pike Street, just up from the Convention Center, the Paramount Theater and Act Theater. Rumba is also two doors up from our other restaurant, Tango.
