Chef Blanca Rodriguez was born in Guadalajara, Mexico she grow up on a family of restaurateurs that love to entertain and had a passion for food.Growing up, she often helped her mother prepare meals for their family and Chef Rodriguez was a natural as she learned from her mother techniques and flair. She took these experiences, becoming a culinary expert herself and now has over eleven years of culinary experience in the Seattle Metro area.
