Carol P. has been passionate about great Vietnamese food for her entire life. Growing up around the great flavors and smells of Vietnamese cooking, Carol decided to take the leap and opened Pho Viet Anh to bring the classic flavors of her favorite cuisine to the people of Seattle. Carol and her staff are proud of the atmosphere and menu they have created and they invite you to stop by and experience the best Vietnamese cooking in the city!
