This restaurant has alot of things behind the name. Oscar (the owner) worked so hard in his previous job to accomplish and try to open his own restaurant. He worked at Puerto Vallarta in lacey for about 5 years to save up money and make plans in opening it. Driving by the mini mall/plaza on Martin Way, he noticed that there was a place that was being sold. He went to look at it and from that day he knew that, it was the right place to start off his business. He thought of all the names possible to name this restaurant. He talked to his family and finally came up with the name" Mi Pueblo" meaning "My Town" in spanish. Due to his giving skills in being able to cook and his personality, he is able to please his customers. We are all just asking to anyone to give it a chance to come and try the food at Mi Pueblo. We promise that you wont regret it.
