History

Established in 2011.

Lady Yum was started by Megan Wagstaff in 2011 as a custom cake and dessert catering business. It has grown into what it is today out of her love for community, food, wine and french macarons.

I grew up in a small town called Hoonah, Alaska and left for college at PLU in 1999. After graduation, I worked in the finance industry until 2011, when the need for more meaningful work became unavoidable. It was then that I started Lady Yum.My favorite things are French macarons, wine, passionate people, and community - which is precisely why I opened the Lady Yum shop in Kirkland. I have the best job EVER!
