At La Cocina Oaxaquena we specialize in premium Southern Mexican cuisine from the Oaxaca region. We practice old family traditions with recipes to provide a truly authentic dining experience. We have a full bar, and our specialty is our variety of Mezcals and Tequilas. Our Happy Hour is not to be missed and runs daily from 4pm-6pm and again at 10pm-12am Monday - Saturday and Sunday from 4-6pm.

Established in 2013.

We have been offering delicious traditional Southern Mexican cuisine to the Capital Hill neighborhood of Seattle since April 2013.

Misael is from the region of Oaxaca Mexico.  He has lived in seattle for over 10 years and has brought his family and recipes to share with the greater Seattle area.  Our restaurant strives for only the best ingredients and freshest taste.  We do not have any microwaves in the building as to not compromise the integrity of our dishes.  Join us for a family run business with friendly staff and great food and drinks
