History

Established in 2007.

Family owned and operated Knee High Stocking Co. has been on the Seattle speakeasy-themed craft cocktail scene since September 2007. True to concept Knee High continues to be accessible via doorbell only and remains 'hard to find' with a tiny sign and lone light welcoming friends and strangers alike, seven nights a week. In order to survive and prosper Knee High has continued to reinvent itself with seasonal cocktail and food menus over ten years. Today it's our aim to experiment with near and faraway new ideas and inspirations, contributing our voice to Seattle's ever evolving conversation about bar food and drink, music, culture, and the hospitality experience.

Business Owner

Knee High is owned by minority and native Seattleite sisters, Michelle Valko and Pamela Carpio, whose Filipino-meets-European forms the the roots and inspire Knee High's eclectic offerings today. For years now their mother, Isabel, known in-house affectionately as "Mama Knee High", has been supplying a steady stream of fresh and organic herbs and vegetables from her garden, to garnish Knee High's cocktails or build a food special. Knee High is truly a family affair.
