History

Established in 2007.

Our Bellevue location has just opened! It is our 5th location in the greater Seattle area, our first store opened in Wallingford in 2007. We fix thousands of devices every month for customers in Chicago and the Seattle area, as well as devices for schools all around the country. Our core philosophy of having great people on our team providing excellent customer service remains paramount as our company grows, and we look forward expanding and growing alongside new technology for years to come. Our Bellevue team consists of four stellar technicians, Muna, Ryan, Tristen, and Holly, headed by regional manager Siawash. We love what we do!

Manager

Siawash came to the United States from Afghanistan and is a graduate of the University of Washington. He's worked with Jet City Device Repair since 2013.He started as a repair technician and quickly showed that he was not only great at fixing iPhones & iPads, but also great with our customers and his fellow employees.His hard and excellent work paid off when he became the manager of our Seattle store (in the Wallingford neighborhood). Then in late 2017, he was promoted to manage both JCD stores in the Seattle area.
