Jeff has been eating and loving BBQ of all styles for many years.  Quite a few years back he stumbled upon Texas Style BBQ - and loved everything about it.  It became a consuming passion, and before long he had purchased just about every type of smoker imaginable - from pellet smokers to electric smokers to a big mobile wood burning smoker, just to make authentic Texas Style BBQ.A consumate perfectionist, Jeff started experimenting.  It took time.  And patience.  Just like good BBQ.  He has crafted a traditional Texas style BBQ with a few subtle and unique twists.  If you haven't been to Texas (Jeff has) then you probably don't know what real Texas Style BBQ is (Jeff does) and you won't know the difference.  All you will know is that it is the best BBQ you have ever tasted.
