After a successful 8 years of sushi, sashimi, and latin fusion signature rolls in their well known Seattle location, Jason Koh, Billy Beach and Christina Olson have assembled an all star team for their second Japonessa Sushi Cocina in Bellevue, WA. Our menu includes appetizers, starters, tapas and a raw bar, soups, Salads include Seaweed salad, Sashimi Salad and crispy Salmon Skin Salad among others. Garlic short ribs, Grilled king salmon, Chilean Seabass, Prawns and Shin Gyoza. A full rotation of sushi rolls, Japonessa Sushi, Sashimi and a Omakase - Chef's premium selections.
