History

Established in 2005.

Island Soul Caribbean Bar and Cuisine was originally Cuslita's Caribbean Cafe. Owner Theo decided to take over and use his father's soul food recipes to create a new restaurant. Combining these recipes with Caribbean flavors has been a hit! With unbeatable mojitos, coconut cornbread, and homemade hot sauce - you are sure to have a great time. With over a decade of success, we look forward to many more years.
