We have an amazing Happy Hour that boasts a large selection of appetizers and handhelds offered 5 days a week 3--6PM. Lunch offers some of our most popular shareable and small plate appetizers at a discount from the dinner menu. Menu is focused on signature hot and cold sandwiches, entree salads, soup, mac n cheese and bistro tacos. Dinner menu offers chef elevated entrees featuring seafood, pasta, entree salads, quality cut steaks and more.

History

Established in 1980.

3rd Generation, Locally Owned by Timothy J. Hall who had a plan to bring a more lifted culinary experience to the Puyallup area which at the time was lacking. Soon after he opened the doors the word spread. Although tough times were ahead 2008-10 the restaurant continued to grow as people focused their dining needs closer to home to save on the wallet.The HG stands for Hungry Goose which was the name of the prior business that was operated by his mother and owned collectively by the family. Tim Hall acquired the restaurant in 2005 calling it HG Bistro.
