About the Business

History

Established in 1987.

Our orginal location was opened in Old Town Tacoma. One year later we opened the Southcenter location, following that in 1990 Factoria opened and finally Canyon Park opened in 1994. We sold Tacoma in 1997, and Factoria's lease ran out and closed in 2008. We still have the Southcenter location going strong as well as Canyon Park

I have been in the restaurant business my whole adult life. I am passionate about food and wine. Especially Italian. We travel to Italy at least once sometimes twice every year. Visiting friends, wineries and family. My Grandparents were born in Calabria and I grew up in a very traditional Italian American family. Over the years I have really come to love and appreciate the wine of Italy. My husband Kevin and I have built this business together and really enjoy sharing our passion with everyone that comes and eats at our restaurant.
