Steve Gilbert, known as a gracious and most gregarious host, has a sincere interest in people. His fans & patrons followed him to Main St. on Old Bellevue's fashionable West End, where Gilbert's on Main has become an obligatory, popular breakfast & lunch spot almost a generation ago. In a bustling setting patrons can find solace in quiet areas, or schmooze outside, at tables, or with friends, in Adirondack chairs.
