FOB Poke Bar aims to provide the greater Seattle area with the healthier lifestyle that everybody aims for. Whether it be carb or carb free, protein or protein free, we have it all. We can assure you our ingredients are as fresh as they can get. Start your Poke bowl off with either daily fresh washed lettuce greens or fresh, never left overnight, choices of steamed rice. Then build the heart of your bowl: the protein! Pick from daily fresh cut salmon and tuna to fresh cold shrimp. Then choose your choice of sauce, from our signature Hawaiian shoyu based FOB Sauce to our homemade Wasabi Aioli. And lastly, choose your toppings from our topping bar, which includes more than ten toppings, ranging from Japanese Edamame to our homemade Zesty Mango Sauce. The choices are endless! So come and make a bowl with us!

History

Established in 2017.

Poké (poke-keh) originated from Hawaii, and it means "to cut". Basically, cut fish. Hawaiian Poké is a delicious "fish salad", known for its flavors and freshness, but as Poké migrated to the western land, we make our own twist to the traditional Poké. Our FOB Poké bowl tells a story of how this traditional Hawaiian salad meets the western culture and is changed by it; we tell a story about how fish meets rice. We believe that each bowl our customer makes tells their own story. Whether it be a salmon lover or a tuna lover, the variety of stories are endless, and that's what is interesting about mixing your own Poké bowl.
