In 2004, he helped create Asado - an Argentine steakhouse voted "Best New Restaurant" by The Tacoma News Tribune. Sean, a long time Snoqualmie resident, has committed to providing a quality, affordable restaurant close to home and give his guests a great dining experience without having to travel to Bellevue or Seattle
