Established in 2015.

Fat's opened on August 29th the 10 year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. We serve New Orleans southern cuisine. The Chef Patrick Dours is from New Orleans his food is a reminder of the good home cooked meals he experienced growing up as a child.

I was born and raised in Seattle my father was a chef I grew up eating all kinds of southern food and a variety of other cuisines. I attended college in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and had a first hand experience of southern hospitality as well as the delicious food that come from the south. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 9 years before coming to run Fat's. All things front of house I take pleasure in making sure each customers dining experience will be just as I would want.
