Our award-winning restaurant features an expansive oyster bar with 24-26 varieties, highlighting the natural flavors of the finest seafood in the Pacific Northwest. Located on the Seattle waterfront on Pier 56, guests flock to Elliott’s for their signature sustainably sourced Dungeness Crab fresh from local waters, wild salmon from thriving runs, and sustainably caught Pacific finfish, in addition to their custom smoked Northwest seafood with Alaskan scallops, King salmon and shellfish.
