In 2007, Elliott Bay Brewhouse & Pub found its home on the corner of 152nd in Burien, Seattle's spirited southern sibling. Continuing our tradition of Washingtons longest standing organic brewery we remain committed to our community, sustainability, quality and local sourcing. Located kitty-corner from City Hall on 152nd St., the heart of Burien, we’re a cozy stop near Sea-Tac airport, often buzzing with guests awaiting arrivals over a good beer. Home of the favorite Organic B-Town Brown and Organic Elliott Bay IPA we serve pub classics like fish & chips, burgers and hearty salads.

History

Established in 2007.

Elliott Bay Brewing Co. is a family-owned company of high-quality neighborhood brewpubs in communities throughout the Seattle metro area. Our two owners, Todd and Brent, met in 1994 while working for the iconic Maritime Pacific Brewing Company in Ballard. They forged a friendship and explored their common goal and dream of owning and operating their own brewpub. In November 1996 they signed their first lease and began constructing a brewpub in the historic "Junction" of West Seattle. They opened the Elliott Bay Brewery and Pub for business on July 11, 1997.
