Bis on Main is a marriage of food and people--a relationship founded on dedication and authenticity now serving Seattle for over 25 years. Our refined cuisine, premium cocktail bar, and award-winning wine list distinguishes our restaurant from the rest, and our inviting and intimate atmosphere has won us recognition as Bellevue's "Most Romantic Restaurant" four years in a row. Join the legacy and taste the difference for yourself. We are open 7 days a week, serving lunch Monday through Friday and dinner every night. We offer continuous food service in our bar and lounge from the time we open, and last food orders are taken at 10:30 p.m. every night, except on Sunday. We offer complimentary valet parking in the lot behind the restaurant Monday through Friday for lunch and every night.

History

Established in 1998.

Bis on Main was opened in Semptember 1998 by Joe Vilardi and Michel Fredj. Bis means 'two, twice or another in French and Italian and seemed the natural choice for a Parisian and an Italian-American who had been friends for nearly 30 years. They are still best of friends, but one year after opening, Joe took full ownership of the restaurant. Our restaurant is run with a dedication to quality and customer service. The food, intimacy and personal service of Bis set us apart from the corporate dining scene. Our dining room is perfect for special occasions, business dinners or a quick meal. We can handle groups up to 70 and the restaurant is available for private parties. we offer a full premium bar and an award winning wine list with over 300 selections from California, the Northwest, Italy and France.
