About the Business
Specialties
Our mission at Zorbas is simple: to bring you home-style, authentic Greek cuisine. We recreate our favorite family recipes not from cookbooks, but from our heart. Our fondest childhood memories of Greece are the wonderful aromas of fresh-cooked meals coming from our mother's kitchen. For thousands of years the Greeks have used simple, yet delectable ingredients to create the foundation of the Mediterranean diet: extra-virgin olive oil, wine, fresh vegetables & herbs, and of course choice meats and fish. In the heart of Plano, Zorbas gives the people of DFW an authentic taste of Greece and brings the local Greeks closer to home. Zorbas is BYOB, because we want you to enjoy your favorite wine or beer. GLUTEN-FREE menu available.
