When you step into Vivel, you'll find yourself transported from Texas to a European coffee shop. The first thing you'll notice are the aromas of hot crepes and espresso wafting through our cafe. Then your eyes will land on the colorful macarons and gelato we have on display. There will even be people dining on panini and fresh salads made from organic, locally sourced ingredients. But you're not in Paris or Rome, you're still in Lakeway, and you're being greeted by smiles in our family-run establishment. Treat yourself to something rich, light, and delicious, and celebrate life with all of us at Vivel.

History

Established in 2017.

Our love of crepes and coffee became irreversible when we opened our first crepe café in Maui in 2001. Five years later, we moved inland, and now our café is in Lakeway, TX. We have high standards when it comes to our food, and we believe in maintaining the soul of everything we serve. But also believe in originality and, most importantly, quality. Give us a try and experience the culture.

When Ali was choosing a name for his café, he chose Vivel because it meant life in Latin. Life is what he wanted to bring to his food, and life is what adds energy to his restaurant. From our all-day brunch to our Italian sodas and gelato, Ali is proud to bring life to a menu that he can share with his new community in Texas.
