Chef Jason Dady's Tre Trattoria features family-style Tuscan Italian fare at the San Antonio Museum of Art. Located in the Historic Beretta Hops House and nestled above the San Antonio River, Tre Trattoria is open for dine in, online ordering and curbside to go. The menu offers House-Made Pastas, made-to-order Cast Iron Pizzas, fresh Antipasti slections and from-scratch dessert. Tre Trattoria at the Museum features breathtaking views and a shaded patio dining atop the Museum Reach of the Riverwalk, plus socially distant indoor dining.

History

Established in 2008.

Opened and run by award winning Chef Jason Dady, who hs been nominated for a James Beard award, best chefs in america, and the list goes on. Dady and his wife,Crystal and brother, Jake opened Tre Trattoria after much success with his first restaurant The Lodge of Castel Hills.

Since 2001, Texas native Chef Jason Dady (pronounced DAY-dee) has explored the culinary scene of SanAntonio, Texas. Dady goes beyond the role of restaurant owner, applying familial values to create tight- knit bonds with members of his team and residents of the San Antonio community. The family-owned Jason Dady Restaurant Group is helmed by Dady, alongside his brother, Jake (Co-Owner/COO), and his wife, Crystal (Co-Owner/CFO). The Jason Dady Restaurant Group encompasses six restaurants as well as catering and events services. Dady has pioneered the flavors of San Antonio - from the Tuscan Italian dining of Tre Trattoria at the San Antonio Museum of Art to the award-winning baby back ribs of Two Bros. BBQ Market and perfectly smoked brisket of Alamo BBQ Co. to the fresh oysters of Shuck Shack and perfectly prepared sirloin of Range - Chef Jason Dady invites all guests to "Explore Your Palate" with each restaurant and dish.
