A little about me ... I grew up in the Florida Panhandle where my first job was in a kitchen. I've held several positions in the restaurant business but most of my experience comes from the bar, lounge, and nightclub industry. I fell in love with the experience, not just the job. I saw how I directly effected the experience for guest and loved it. I also have a passion for our state and country. I serve in our Armed Forces Reserves as an Infantry Officer (Army). This gives me a unique outlook on life and the amazing opportunity to live and work in the USA. The Woolworth is a clash of culinary love and unique twist on classic cocktails.
