About the Business

Specialties

Here at the Magnolia Pancake Haus, great hospitality is our passion as we serve San Antonio's best breakfast -- featuring our "World's Best Buttermilk Pancakes" -- and unique menu items made with the freshest ingredients whether you eat breakfast, lunch, brunch, or a specially catered meal at our Haus or yours. Our world class culinary team has been featured on The Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives as well as Texas Monthly, Southern Living, Zagat Guides, and Travel & Leisure Magazine. Come taste why we are one of Urbanspoon's Top 100 restaurants in the USA and selected as Best Breakfast in San Antonio for over 10 years! Want The Magnolia at your event, office, or Haus? You can place your catering order online and pick it up with no wait at either location. Or you can make a request or call and we'll either deliver the meals to you, you can pick them up, or you can hold your event in one of our WiFi-enabled conference rooms.

History

Established in 2000.

Before The Magnolia Pancake Haus became what it is today, it was a dream. A dream of Robert & Sheila Flemings to create a restaurant that conveyed their passion for great food, and also a lifestyle that would blend with their young family. The food was easy as Robert's philosophy of quality & consistency had laid the foundation for The Magnolia Pancake Haus.Upon opening the doors in 2000, the word quickly spread and San Antonians came to see what all the buzz was about. The Original Haus soon became too small to accommodate the guests coming through the door and in 2006 The Magnolia Pancake Haus moved across the parking lot and an expanded Magnolia was born. Over all those years we constantly were asked "when is another restaurant coming? Why are you waiting so long? Where will the next location be?" After fielding those questions and never having a specific answer, we finally found the perfect 2nd location off Huebner and I-10.
