All of our meats are smoked with a combination of Oak and Pecan woods. The Brisket is smoked for at least 15 hours to give it an amazing flavor and tenderness. We serve Brisket, Turkey Breast, Country Sausage and Jalapeño Sausage made for us by Ruffino Meats, Pork Ribs and Chicken. We also have Beef Ribs on the weekends and they are delicious. We have sandwiches such as Wayne's P.B.& J. - Pulled Pork, Brisket and Jalapeño Sausage on a Jalapeño Cheese Bun topped with Slaw. Also we do plates and our Signature Brisket House Special- Choose your meats served on butcher paper with a slab of cheddar cheese, whole pickle and a chunk of onion- This is a tradition carried on from the old Tom's BBQ in College Station and was known as The Aggie Special.

History

Established in 2010.

The Brisket House has been a dream since the late 1990's. I was the operator of TOM'S BBQ in College Station TX for most of the 90's and have managed many other concepts since. Our Signature Special was known as The Aggie Special at TOM'S served on Butcher Paper with a slab of Cheddar Cheese, a Whole Pickle, a Fresh Onion and Bread. Here it is The Brisket House Special....we love Longhorns too!

I have been in the restaurant business for the past 25 years. I started back at Tom's BBQ in the early 90's. After Tom's BBQ I ran several Hard Rock Cafe's to include: San Antonio, Houston, Denver and Austin. Most recently I ran the RA Sushi's at Highland Village and City Centre here in Houston.
