Spoons Cafe is a Downtown McKinney restaurant serving breakfast all-day with favorites like strawberry pancakes and chicken & waffles, delicious classic comforts like meatloaf or chicken salad, and a collection of fresh soups and salads. With a variety of made from scratch pies, specialty coffees and cocktails there's sure to be something for everyone.

History

Established in 2003.

In late summer of 2003 Spoons Cafe opened with the idea of having a great breakfast/lunch place in downtown McKinney serving breakfast all day, fresh salads, soup and sandwiches with homemade baked goods. In 2007 Spoons relocated and restored a 1920's building on the corner of the square in Historic Downtown McKinney. In March of 2009 Spoons Garage opened, in what actually was an garage in the 1920's, directly behind the cafe adding a full coffee bar, overflow seating and private party rooms.
