History

Established in 1978.

In the 1950's our grandfather, Giacomo, came to live the American Dream. He moved from Saviano, Italy to live in Long Island, New York. He met his wife and started a family, opening their first location in Long Island, New York, named Village Pizza. As business flourished we moved to a larger location and changed the name to Alfieri Brothers' Pizzeria. Again, we outgrew the size of the restaurant and relocated to a larger side of the center where we have remained since 1991. The following year, Saverio Alfieri decided to head south and expand the family business by opening a location in North Texas. Since then, Saverio and his two sons, J-Flames (40) and his younger brother Giacomo. Both have managed to create one of Dallas/Ft. Worth's best Italian restaurants.
