Santa Catarina is owned by Francisco Cortez, Jesus Hernandez and Andy Norton.  Francisco and Jesus are cousins who grew up in a small town in the mountains near Mexico City.  Their close friend and partner, Andy, is also the owner of Hula Hut in Austin and is a knowledgeable restaurateur.  All three are passionate about interior Mexican cuisine and are dedicated to ensuring that your experience at Santa Catarina is as authentic and charming as possible.
