Here at Samurai Noodle, we bring you the best of the rest. Start with sharing plates, like the Japanese take on Tapas to share and then dive into a full bowl of Ramen, traditional Japanese noodles that we make in house and serve with our delicious broth. Samurai Noodle is all about the discovery of Japanese cuisine, and we can't wait for you to try it!

History

Established in 1996.

Specializing in authentic Japanese Ramen, Samurai Noodle serves Hakata style Tonkotsu, Tokyo style Shouyu and Sapporo style Miso Shouyu ramen. Established in 1996 and Samurai Noodle currently has 3 stores in Seattle, WA and 1 in Houston TX. Samurai Noodle was voted Seattle's Best Ramen in 2014 and 2015.
