Ramen Hakata brings the top three styles of Japanese Ramen to the Dallas area. We feature a unique type of ramen otherwise known as Tonkotsu Ramen, which began in the Hakata district in the city of Fukuoka, Japan. Famous for the savory taste, the ramen features a rich broth, made by simmering high quality pork bones for at least 12 hours over high heat. This method of cooking releases bone marrow into the broth, giving the broth is milky white appearance and gelatinous characteristics. Our skinny ramen noodles are flown in fresh from California to accompany the rich broth with each bite. A variety of toppings such as Chashu pork, soft boiled egg, mushrooms, and more are prepared with care and are always of the highest quality. Established in 2014.

Ramen Hakata has been a new concept to Texas since 2014. Our mission is to bring authentic style ramen that's full of flavor and quality.
