Offering a variety of traditional noodle soups, rice plates, and other delicacies, we have always been a firm believer in serving the freshest cuts of meats and vegetables, using only the best quality ingredients in our dishes, and providing a great selection of dishes for our vegetarian and gluten-free patrons. Favorites from our menu include pho, rice plates, bun, bun bo hue, banh bot loc, hu tieu, egg rolls, spring rolls, bubble tea, che and other great Vietnamese dishes. History

Established in 1998.

We area Vietnamese Pho Noodle House originally from Boston, MA. The creator of Pho Pasteur tested and created his own secret recipe for pho. It took him many tries to finally find the perfect balance of flavor for the soup. But once he did, his restaurant soon became famous throughout all of Boston. In 1998, Pho Pasteur was brought to Arlington.
