Paul is a fourth generation Texan and Houston native who grew up just a stone's throw from Pappy's Memorial area location.  After years managing and marketing other restaurants, and a stint in the oil industry, Paul and his wife Lydia were fortunate to be in the right place and time to purchase Pappy's from the original owners. Besides having a truly dedicated staff and excellent Kitchen team, Pappy's commitment to exceptional food and high quality, great customer service and their love of people interaction makes this locally-owned restaurant a thriving place.
