first 2 years was difficult this location was vacant for many many years and I remember a lady ask me in Restaurant Depot the day before I open who is going to be here in the east side I shoot answer depends who is cooking

groing up in small farm in Atlixco Puebla Mexico was difficult my mother talk me the kitchen was for woman but I develop pasion for cooking when I was a boy and I found time to do in when she was shoping kitchen was open for me took me 32 years for her to reconace I can cook I have weekends job in a restaurant when I went to collage the move to New York at 25 years old found a job in A diner restaurant was the stared of my passion cook for several restaurants diners Italians and delis and I love it every single minute finaly my best friend ( Jimmy Hopper ) and me own 2 delis in Rockland county N.Y.
