P6 feels like a watercolor sprung to life on a rooftop in Texas with a paintbrush held by designer Sean Knibb. Amid the outdoor lounge's pink, blue and green hues and lush plantings, local architect Michael Hsu has turned a parking garage into an intimate dining experience.
