History

Established in 2014.

Oasis Texas Brewing Company opened in May 2014. (We are not affiliated with Oasis Restaurant). Perched 435 feet above Lake Travis, we offer spectacular views and instagram-worthy sunsets. Shortly after opening, the brew team entered our beers for competition at the Great American Beer Festival. In layman terms, this is the Superbowl of Craft Beer. London Homesick Ale won Gold in the Special Bitters Category. In 2014 Slow Ride was named "Best New Beer in Austin." Metamodern Session IPA won "Best Everyday Beer" in Austin in 2015. In 2017 OTXBC brought home another medal from GABF--a silver for our Luchesa Lager. In 2016 we opened a craft kitchen to compliment our handcrafted beers. The superb food has helped establish our taproom/brewery as a culinary destination on the lake and in West Austin. Look for our 4 core beers throughout the state of Texas and in parts of Florida and Alabama. Our 20,000 barrel brewery expansion will be complete and we will offer brewery tours.

Manager

Brian joined OTXBC as Head Brewer in April 2017. In his first year he won a prestigious Silver Medal at the GABF for our Luchesa Lager. In addition to our Core Four beers--Luchessa, London Homesick Ale, Metamodern IPA and Slow Ride Pale Ale, Brian and his team craft specialty beers including some Taproom exclusives.
