Since 2013, Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen has shared Californian flavors with an Italian flair in the heart of College Station. In our all-natural, wood-fired kitchen, we focus on doing things consistently and exceptionally well, from making our own tender mozzarella to hand-cutting all of our seafood and steaks. Our chefs have prepared a delicious and inventive menu of fresh fish and pastas, hand-tossed pizzas, homemade gelato, and much more. And, of course, we offer a variety of our favorite Napa Valley and California wines at an exceptional value either by the bottle or on tap. Established in 2013.

We created Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen to celebrate our love of fresh, homemade food, great beverages, and memorable desserts. We wanted a menu that was familiar without being common. We wanted a lively restaurant design with a unique patio and bar. We wanted to join the proud group of local, independent restaurateurs who make a community unique.

My partner and I opened our second restaurant concept, Napa Flats, in College Station, Texas, in June 2013. The menu focuses on wood-fired cooking with a prominent wood-fired pizza oven and wood-fired grill. Our open kitchen celebrates creative cooking techniques matched with an innovative menu based on California, Mediterranean and Italian flavors. Our pastry chef makes homemade gelato and an array of desserts. Our lively bar and patio features unique wines and specialty drinks.
