Business Owner

Ken Gambone has over a decade of experience in the food industry. At 23, he opened a catering business called Wolf Street Catering and ran the business for 4 years. Wolf Street focused on breakfast and lunch deliveries to corporate clients in Philadelphia. On a chance, Ken sold the business on Craigslist with dreams of moving to Austin to open a cafe. Mary's Pop Shop opened in 2014. Mary's is named after Ken's mother who donated her kidney to him in 2004. Ken specializes in healthy sandwiches and salads, coffee and espresso drinks, and gelato and sorbetto desserts.
